200 gs Potato (mainly hard-boiling)

Put potatoes in a small pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook until tender. Go ahead to the next step.

100 gs Smoked tofu

½ covenants Chives

50 gs Gherkin

Dice the smoked tofu, slice the gherkins, and chop the chives.

Step - 3

50 mls Almond milk

1 tbsp Almond Butter

1 pinch Paprika Powder

1 pinch Pepper

1 teaspoon Mustard

Mix some gherkin brine with almond milk, almond butter, mustard, soy sauce, paprika, and pepper.

Step - 4

Add smoked tofu, gherkins, and chives to the sauce and mix well.

Step - 5

Let potatoes cool, peel, cut into pieces, add to the bowl, mix, and let sit briefly. Serve with chives.
