2 pcs Whole Grain Bread

Toast the wholemeal bread on both sides in a pan.

100 gs Smoked tofu

1 pc Onion

Finely slice the smoked tofu and onions.

Step - 3

1 teaspoon Rapeseed Oil

Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Add the tofu and onion and fry over a medium heat.

Step - 4

1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1 pinch Paprika Powder

1 tbsp Mustard

Add the mustard, maple syrup, paprika powder and vinegar and heat briefly.

Step - 5

50 gs sauerkraut

Spread sauerkraut on the bread.

Step - 6

1 pinch Black Pepper

Season with pepper and serve on bread.
