1 pc Tomato

Wash the tomato and carrot. Dice the tomato and slice the carrot.

100 gs Green Bean

200 mls Water

1 tbsp Vegetable broth

Pour the water into a pot together with the vegetable paste, green beans and chopped vegetables. Cook with the lid on.

180 gs Chickpea Can

Drain the chickpeas.

Step - 4

20 gs Parmesan

Finely grate or chop the parmesan.

Step - 5

Add the chickpeas and continue cooking.

1 pc Whole Grain Bread

1 pinch Pepper

Pour the soup into a plate, sprinkle with the chopped Parmesan and season with pepper. Serve with wholemeal bread.
