3 pinches Salt
Mix together Baking Powder, Flour, Whole Wheat Flour and Salt.
180 mls Water
Add hot but not boiling Water and work into a pliable dough with a fork.
Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands until it is less sticky. Do not add extra Flour.

Dampen a fresh kitchen towel with Water and set it aside for covering.
Divide the dough into eight equal pieces and roll them out thin on a floured surface.
8 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
Spread Rapeseed Oil in a non-stick pan and heat.

Brush one piece of dough with Rapeseed Oil.
Cook the oiled piece of dough in the pan on both sides so it stays soft.
Place the finished flatbread on a plate and cover with the damp kitchen towel.
Repeat with the remaining pieces until all are cooked.
