Add 2 parts water to 1 part rice in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to the lowest heat and let it absorb.

180 gs Bell Pepper
¾ pcs Zucchini
7½ gs Ginger
Slice the zucchini, dice the bell pepper, finely chop the ginger, and cut the smoked tofu into cubes.
1½ teaspoons Sesame Oil
Five minutes before the rice is ready, heat sesame oil in a pan. Fry the tofu cubes until browned.
Add the vegetables and continue frying until they reach the desired level of browning.

Add the cooked rice and crack the egg over the mixture.
¼ pcs Lime
1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
Add soy sauce and season with lime juice.
30 gs Peanut
Serve with peanuts.
